Printheads, Dampers, Cartridges, Ciss System, Ink Tank are excluded and not covered. Inks, printing supplies (consumables), and regular supplies that come in bundles with a printer or machine are excluded and not covered. The process for investigations can take 30 days or more. We will not take any decision (or give a refund if applicable) until the carrier and the 3rd party company finish their investigations and reports. Some packages and high-value products have extra insurance and will be activated with our 3rd party company when needed. The customer needs to contact the carrier immediately, open a claim if necessary with them and contact Kingdom DTF in the first 24 hours. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and all items need to be in the original package. Items must be returned in New Condition, Unused, and Unopened for a refund or store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase (shipping is non-refundable).
